What is the exact salary package of askari bank MTO? and after 1 year, MTO would be asst manager then how much they offer to asst manager after 1 year. Any senior or officer of askari bank or any one who is sure about these salaries are requested to share. Thank you

Starting salary of OG-1 is almost 32000/- and assistant manager gets 40000/- besides bonuses and LFA.

Salary Package of MTOs by different banks
 

Management Trainee Officer is actually OG-2 (Officer Grade 2) and the Central Regulatory Body of Banks State Bank offer its OG-2 Trainees Rs.30,000 plus incentives & allowances after that it approx become Rs.45-50000. Other hand NBP offers its MTOs Rs.37,000 plus allowances & incentives. All other banks must be pay less than SBP & NBP.:)

It is not necessary that all bank must pay their MTO's less than SBP & NBP

HBL pays near 45000,Hsbc pay 65000 SCB pays 55000 in pakistan to their MTO's
so it is upto the BAnk management thet how much they pay to thier MTO

For last batch salary was 37000 in askari

Bt sumone wrote earlier in one of the "askari bank mto test" threads dat da salary of MTO is 45000 in Askari bank....... koi confirm figure bata day plz...

Last batch was hired in june 2010. MTO's selected in that batch were offered [B]36000[/B]. Thier designation was OG-1. After nearly 1 year of training (practical + theotratical) a test will be conducted by bank and those who passed that test will be promoted as Asst. Manager with [B]45000[/B] salary.

37 MTO's were selected in last batch

Dont know what package they wil offer to current batch.
