Default Bank Alhabib GTO program (OG-II)

Assalam-o-alaikum Friends,
I am selected for Graduate Trainee Officer (GTO) at Bank Alhabib, They are giving Rs. 21000 initial salary, after 3 months of probation period medical allowance other allowances and Bonuses as well, the only thing is that i have to sign 3 years bond with them.
Should i go for that or not?
If you have other related information than plz share, What type of other benefits they give and how much, what's the increment, Growth etc..
