As I am a student of MS so they asked about my thesis topic, technique applied and results. So you need to analyse what can be asked regarding your qualification. No bookish topic was discussed. That would be in 2nd interview.

ARM has to deal with Credit/SME and his job is to give loans and follow the credit policy of the bank. (That's what i replied.)

orignally alfalah had no structure for ARM credits, there were 3-4 credit officers looking the whole area, there ARMs are hired for branches i guess. :bow

CV ki 3 copies , ID card aur uski copy.. I think ye final hoga because in first interview one person from the panel told that their batch is going to start from December.

It was related to your qualification, financial ratios are asked by many candidates like leverage ratios and some general questions. 3 people were in the panel.

Accordind to Alfalah bank karachi HQ calls would be made for 2nd interview with in 2 days highly expected tomorrow so guys stay in contact people of islamabad, rawalpindi, peshawar, mardan, nowshera etc...

Dear candidates I'm working at bank alfalah in operations department.. My suggestion is not to join banking sector especially bin sakes department, it is very tough job, and sakes job is hell in bank alfalah, imnot here to discourage any one, but I'm trying to be realistic, the management is pushing pressure on operations staff despite there j.d is not of sales..so don't spoil your talent... Stay blessed

They called me for test then they called me for inteview and in interview meri tarefein he tarefein ki unhoney k itni % achi hai bla bla bla in the end they said humko actually finance ka banda chahye :D :D Koi pochy bhi phr mera time q waste kia :/ :/
