Question Need Help....
i have one question to my senior fellows who where selected as mto in the last batch of bank al habib... is there any bond which is to be signed before joining? if yes then bond ktny years ka hai aur agr badd mei job chorni pari tu hamy as a penalty ktna pay krna hoga??

and for karachi regions how many candidates where selected as MTO in the last batch??

Bond is of one hundred thousand bounding you for three consecutive years.

total strength is 34 to 38

selected candidates from all over the pakistan will be trained at karachi.

Training center is located at shahrae faisal near FTC.

bond ki actual value 100,000 per year aina lodhi bhai??

1.What about the Selection Criteria? Selection is on Open Merit base or Reginol Basis..?
2.What will be the intial Salary Package?
3. What about Growth & Development Opportunities in this bank??

there is no negative marking in that test....be prepare yourself for descriptive note (Eassy), espacilally crucial general knowledge, math and english portion..best of Luck

@waqas ahmad.
As far as growth is concerned,i heard from some employees of this bank,it has well reputed customers and friendly working environment which makes it quite suitable for professional growth,the selection will be on open merit from all over Pakistan, initial salary will be 22,000 in the training which will be in Karachi for six months followed by 28k as a regular pay.

Last time. the essay was on Energy Crises in Pakistan. There was no negative marking. test was not so easy... Maths and Eco section were tricky, but not difficult. Time management is the key here.
i appeared last year and made it till the final interview (2nd one) and then got rejected :P, because i had a bachelors degree ( though, hons) but they objected that ill leave job after 2,3 years for masters :/..though i didnt say that.
anyways . last year after the test there were around 70 candidates shorlisted for first interview , and den 24 for 2nd ..and arnd 15 were selected from LHR region.
22k during training and 25 to the first 5 position holders.
bond of 3 years.

I think general knowledge was harder as compared to askari bank test. For example, questions like that was difficult to guess

qatar currency, all options was very close
chancellor system of germany and austria

lets see who will win this competition

Salary will be 17k during training and 20k after appointment as MTO+3000 medical reimbursement. For those who will be first five position holder in training,25k will be the salary.
Most ridiculous is that we have to sign a three year bond of 3 lakh.
