Yes,agreed with you that they have very ambivalent cretaria;in 2012 I had been selected as trainee officer in soneri bank bank and their test was very tough but we from Ajk,two persons had been selected.at that time I had to quit this post due to my personal compulsions but now I am fully committed to join the bank job..

At least they should declare the criteria....keeping things under the table makes them guilty....

can you please tell me that had sonari bank taken bond from you? if yes then what did you do to leave that job? did the bank take any action against you?

Ubaid bhe yes after selection you hVe to fulfill bond agreement that in case of resigning job you are entitled to pay the bond amount.well in my case that offered me the bond agreement of one lac with two and half year time of agreement.i did not join the job at that time before signing bond.one of my cousin in same bank and designation resigned the job after working one and half year;he paid the bond value of one lac.

No this time I did not apply to TBO's program bez I applied for last two times for the same program but they didn't give any response ever to appear in written test.

is there any way of escape? i mean i am offered job in bank alfalah and i am an engineer.......I do not want to spent time there.....so thinking for way to escape after signing a bond

It's better to refrain from signing bond otherwise you will have to pay that amount as they have legal procedure to take bond value.if you are not desirous to join bank job,do not sign the bond,,,,
