I am going to join as CSO. They have appointed me on 3 months probition period and then i will be confirmed employee. I want to know following questions, if u ppl can answer me as u r working thr since last year.

1. Is this a good bank for career growth.
2. Benefits (HR Policies for employees, like Car, and House loans, Medical facility is it for family or parents are also included and Can we claim for OPD).
3. Salary and bonus increaments, what do they mean by performance, do they mean to bring deposits or some thing else.

Need your reply soon, so that i can decide again and if not up to my point i can ask current employer to not to entertain my resign.

It is to congratulate you on employment of Bank Islami,as for as your queries are concerned:

1.Yes! there is growth,because it is growing organisation.

2.As per HR policy CSO is not eligible to apply for car loan,because car entitlement is for level four and CSO is in level in one,where as your medicare allowance is concerned it is usually incorporated in your salary silp,but hospitalization is given to you, spouse and kids as per your level and grade and for CSO its is 50000/- per annum.
3.Increments are there but very less and there is no tension of Deposit on operation staff but now they have included 30% increments based on deposit as well

Hospitalization limit is very less where other companies offer 3 lacs and 55000 for maternity.

If you looking for benefits then sorry you opting for wrong choice comming in BankIslami and duties of CSO is more less cash handling,because CSOneed to be inside the counter and their is one window service so you have carry all operations because you are actually universal teller.

But r u sure that hospitalization limit is 50,000 / anum and includes Maternity. Which Takaful company has contract with BIPL.

Does CSO perform clearing and remmittence duties and ATM activities?

Please tell me what is meant by Universal Teller.

Yes it is exactly 50000/-as the the word universal teller means that you have to perform the rest of function of operations along with cash, because cash is your mandatory duty. In bankislami CSE/CDIncharge are also receiving ans paying cash some time CSM/OPERATION Managers have also run cash seat man.
P.S; Dear from which bank you comming from and what is salary offered to you by bankislami,how much rise they are giving to you.
