Salam,

CSE ya (Customer Service Executive) ki job description kia hai bank islami mein, aur CSE ki kitni salary hoti hai bank islami mein???????

Aur bank islami mein kia Yearly bonus hota hia?????

Actuallly CSE is supervisory seat to look after all branch operations.he is directly reporting to operation manager.In other words, we can say it is Assitant Operation Manager seat or CD inscharge.Salary depends on your last designation of your former bank and as for as bonus is concern ther is no annual bonus,,,,,,,, in banks islami,

Kia CSE ko counter service bhi deni hoti hai???? aur CSE ka cash se to direct link nahi hota na????????????? waise kia yearly increament bhi nahi hoty kia????????[/COLOR]

CSE has to sit inside the counter in order to supervise all transcations particularly cash,,,,plus with this Cash superviosion and ATm replnishment is CSE resposibilty....Yearly increments are there as per your performance,,,

Jadoon Khan: Kia ap bhi bank islami mein hain....
dost mera matlab yeh tha k kia CSE counter per direct customer transaction to nahi karta na, i mein payment and receiving wagaira............

Dear
CSE does both authoriations and reciveing and payment of cash.Actually, CSE is counter superviosor ,therefore, he/she has to carry out all functions inside the counter because in bankislami there is one window operations and there is universal tellers concept

Thanks alot... and sorry k ap ko bht distrub kia....

Pls yeh bhi bata dijiye k bank islami me koi bhi bonus nahi hota kia............???? aur kia yahan yearly increment bhi nahi lagta, jaisa ke doosre banks mein year end pe increment hota hai??????

Dear
There is regular increments based on ones performance whereas they announce bonus not regularly,because its all based on profit of the bank,actually its new bank and most often no new banks offers bonus and such incentives,once organistion get stand on its feet firmly then they offer these incentives,
