It means k december end tk hme call ka wait karna pare ga...Its so late..ab to one month hone wala ha interview ko..atleast call kr k inform to kr den...Its very difficult for a jobless person to wait a whole month.

I did call to bank islami and Hr person said that it will take a week or two.
So I think in this month they will finalize candidates and training session will be started from January.
