Mine are 78 any idea about interview and salary of this job?

one of my friend said who is currently employed as a gbo in bank of khyber that salry is 24283 rupee and they conduct interview after two weeks of result

24000 is basic or gross?
I recently joined MCB as GBO their gross salary is 25000/-

Starting Salary Of GBO (OG III) in BOK as per July 2016

Basic Pay: Rs. 10278
House Rent Allowance: Rs. 4625 (45% of Basic Pay)
Medical Allowance: Rs. 1542 (15% of Basic Pay)
Utilities Charges: Rs. 1542 (15% of basic pay)
[B]Sum: Rs. 17987[/B]
Fuel Ceiling [B] 50 Liters[/B] (on prevailing rate)
[B]In addition to above[/B], the following facilities will also be admissible to you after confirmation as per HR Rules and Policies of the Bank:
[B] i) Bonus[/B] as and when approved by Board of Directors
[B] ii)Hospitalization[/B] in Pakistan for self, spouse, dependent children and parents residing with and wholly dependent on the employee as per Bank's Policy
