Should we raise our voice against such kind of injustice and report to BOP or not?

Friends i am shortlisted for MTO in Punjab bank, can anybody tell me about the syllabus. which book is best for preparation of test?

Caravan aptitude tests, is enough to cover math,general english that comes in tests except essay, and it covers GK as well as analytical portion comprehensively , if u hav time then read dogars whos who & whats what..
u will succeed in the exm with goood score.

Mjy b bht ghusa aya tha criteria pr...But now, i have realized that may b ALLAH has chosen me for some other purpose ...Deakho, War(Jang) ma bht sy soildiers lerty hain..Shaheed koi koi hota hy...Secondly, May b jo jo shortlist hoa hain un ko ziada zrorat ho job ki. I have experience plus m serving in my own field. INSHAHALLAH, i will find some other way around...Jo meri terh shortlist nai hoa, wo wait krien, INSHAHALLAH behter ho ga...or han BEST OF LUCK FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES.

Anyone Plzzzzzzzzzzzz tell BOP includes what in their MTO test? i mean sections (English, Maths, Economics?????). Plzzzzzzz Tell me

I even do not know the pattern of NTS. Plz Plz Plz guide me NTS ka test kis pattern ka hota hai????

Usually 30 MCQs Each of Math and English, mostly there is mental Math involved and in part of English synonyms,antonyms, given passage with questions and some about correct prepositions as well. There is also portion of General knowledge and also Computer now a days. The 10 marks essay can be included related to Banking, Micro or macro Economics topics. The Whole test is usually of 90 MCQs with one essay or full 100 Marks with 100 MCQs, time allowed 2 hours.
That was all about NTS typical test pattern. Wish all of us best of luck for the upcoming test.

The person to whom i talked was saying that BOP received 45000 applications for the post of MTO so we raise the shortlisted criteria by 70 to 75% which result in the reduction of Applicants. They are only having 35 seats for MTO

when i asked i was fulfilling the criteria than he said in Advertisement minimum criteria was mentioned not shortlisting criteria

but i am not happy with his answer because always high scorers in academics are not good performer they must give the opportunity to those having 70% score and they must raise criteria after test.

Any how all the best for all the selected candidates

i suggest them to work hard because there is very very tough competition

i applied for this job,i meet all requirements !cgpa in BBA 3.21 in MBA 3.65 age 24,still i am not short listed,i'm surprised why?i contacted BOP they replied to let them recheck,i doubt they are actually gonna recheck it.Alas the process of screening !
