It depends upon your performance shown after confirmation of your service. Like highest increment in our batch is 6k and lowest one is 3k. Highest gross salary in our batch is 39k. Appraisal procedure starts in month of January so hopefully after two years a good performer can get 45k. So on the whole pay package depends upon your performance shown during training and job. well my advice for you people is to apply for this job as selection is made purely on merit.

my cgpa is 3.39 /4.00 so i should be eligible ?? at least for screen test ? any one know how they will conduct test and when ?

Yes you are eligible. Test was conducted by nts after one month in recruitment of year 2012. Hopefully nts will organise this time too

BBA hon's are eligible to apply as I called the hr land line no where their representative told me that bba hon's are eligible,,,he also said you must fulfill the masters degree portion,so that system could accept your application,,
