Sunny it is not government job.Bop is semi govt organization and job security is there. Post of mto is permanent in nature while some posts are contractual in nature.

There will be a screening test after scrutiny of job applications.if no of applications received is higher then short listing criteria may change..previously test was conducted by nts. Hopefully test will held after 1.5 month. Till then keep yourself updated with current affairs plus economic news....all the best..

I am also not Shortlisted with 76%.
