Thanks Osama, As you told above that test marks are the key, I got only 56 marks in test and frankly I was not expecting email for GD. So what are my chances, your opinion!

Dear Sharp Fellow
First of all i clear that what i told you was merely for setting an example and nothing like that is sure because HR will adopt the best strategy to pick best candidates from you on merit. then if I said that written marks are the key but that does not mean GD is use less and they will ignore best performers of GD. definitely they will give reward to people who produced exceptional arguments. but how can 1 imagine they will put the written marks on a side and make the selection solely on the basis of GD. there will be surely many people from you who even after getting 80+ or 90+ did not got good opportunity/topic or could not express there abilities in those 5 or 10 minutes to speak at GD session. but how can we people think they will ignore there 80+ or 90+ marks in written portion.

last time they selected 50 people in 2 batches. top 25 in 1st and then 25 in second batch. and BP Seventeen please stay optimistic about selection and do not create panic in the mind of those people who have not appeared in GD yet.

What I am getting is they are selecting 2 batches. The procedure for 1st batch is almost complete and now they have started the process for 2nd batch.

Do u have any rough idea of current salay
yes i'm currently working as an MTO. and salary will be 20,000/- first 6 months and then they will re fix your salary after 6 month according to the performance during training and branches.
