MTO jobs in Bank of Punjab
 

Bank of Punjab is going to induct Buisness Mastered candidates for MTO posts. There is absolutely no doubt about that these jobs are good or not. As an MTO in BOP i confirm to all people it's awesome to be an MTO and OG-II officer in direct induction. some would say BOP do not offer good salary package but there is no other better than this to excel your career as a Banker. i assure you they induct with out any reference in the bank totally on the merit.

They haven't clearly specified that what exactly they do mean by "Masters". 16 or 18 years of education?

they need masters in buisness or 16 years equilant education degree with GPA 3.25 or 75% marks

BBA (Hons) can't Apply yar. What the hell is this?

Same issue each and every column have filled but in the end when click the submit button this message shows

Their system is construing graduation as 14 years of education and requiring us to fill in the post grad portion as well. Today I called BOP and got it confirmed from the HR rep. that 16 years of education is the minimum requirement of BOP. Those facing similar problem in the submission of form must call BOP and bring the flaw to their notice.

@osamauaf Do the BOP get bond signed from its inductees barring them from leaving job before the lapse for 1 or 2 years? And is it required to obtain an NOC from the bank before applying for CSS?

Saad. ..there is a bond of 3 years of worth 2 lac.

No. 3.25 cgpa is required to apply for this post

Stipend is 20 k during training period of 6 months. Salary depends upon performance shown in class room as well as on job training... top 3 get 33k.bottom 3 get 27 k and middle slab is 30k for average performers

BOP gets a bond signed for 3 year but don't restrict any one to attempt competative exams..

BOP hires the batch of 25 people. In my batch 25 candidates were selected but 21 persons joined

Wali bhai you are eligible as some of my batch mates also hold degree of bba hons. If system is not supportive then let bop HR dpt know about it. Sorry I have forgotten fields of this application form so I am unable to help you

It depends upon your performance shown after confirmation of your service. Like highest increment in our batch is 6k and lowest one is 3k. Highest gross salary in our batch is 39k. Appraisal procedure starts in month of January so hopefully after two years a good performer can get 45k. So on the whole pay package depends upon your performance shown during training and job. well my advice for you people is to apply for this job as selection is made purely on merit.

my cgpa is 3.39 /4.00 so i should be eligible ?? at least for screen test ? any one know how they will conduct test and when ?

Yes you are eligible. Test was conducted by nts after one month in recruitment of year 2012. Hopefully nts will organise this time too

BBA hon's are eligible to apply as I called the hr land line no where their representative told me that bba hon's are eligible,,,he also said you must fulfill the masters degree portion,so that system could accept your application,,

Sunny it is not government job.Bop is semi govt organization and job security is there. Post of mto is permanent in nature while some posts are contractual in nature.

There will be a screening test after scrutiny of job applications.if no of applications received is higher then short listing criteria may change..previously test was conducted by nts. Hopefully test will held after 1.5 month. Till then keep yourself updated with current affairs plus economic news....all the best..

I am also not Shortlisted with 76%.

Anyone plz guide about the banking and finance portion (from where) preparation for the test which is 35% of the total weightage !!!!!!!
