The Management Trainee Program at HBL offers the opportunity to join the exciting world of a diversified financial services organization. We are looking for candidates with a potential to develop into future leaders as they progress on clear and demanding career paths set for them.

We are seeking out graduates from top accredited universities in Pakistan and abroad. Candidates up to 27 years of age, as of September 1, 2014, may apply. Those shortlisted will go through a comprehensive assessment ranging from basic intelligence tests to simulation exercises, group discussions and interviews. Top performers will be offered to join the HBL Management Trainee Program.
