I joined hbl as cash officer in dec 2014 my salary was 17200 (16350rs) with 6months now my salary is around 20k+ ..For promotion 18months required .its totally based on your performance . Now talk about bond 3years ,bond is now adays common every industry offering 2-3 year bond even McDonald have 2 years bond for trainee manger job of 2lac... HBL is big bank if you work atleast 3.6 year in hbl so you can switch to other bank for great opportunity

m also doing job as a cash officer since December 2014 although job is little bit tough for new one's but if you are hard worker than you ll enjoy alot.while about salary so now hbl increasing facilities and salaries has been increased pay package of new cash officer is round about 20 and if you are working in Saturday on branches with one window service than your pay ll be round about 25

simply contact in hr 12th floor that you got offer from another bank n write a letter and go you can resign within 6months easily
