Usually it leads to operations manager position. Can't say about HBL though.

I am Working in HBL as RBO..... grade for RBO is Assistant manager-1 and salary is 26k gross.....and cash officer is Officer-1 and salary is 17K gross...both are permanant jobs....Rbo are trained to become branch managers and cash officers become operation managers
