Please Someone Guide. Habib bank Ltd OG 2.
 

Salam everyone,

I came to this forum while searching for my queries and decided to post mine. I completed MBA 3.5 from Islamic Uni and applied in lot of companies but no answer. I got into HBl halfheartedly in a sales job and quieted after some time due to many reasons (job location and lot of investment). now I am getting a chance again in HBL as OG 2. I came to know that there is no OG 2 in HBL so my question are as follows:
1. What is OG 2 in HBL?
2. At what Designation they will appoint me and what is career path?
3. What will be the Salary pakage?
4. Will they train me and what do they pay during training?

I am very much worried because my first experience of HBL was very bad. My father is getting retired next year and I am the only son. please someone guide me.

1,2. OG - 2 (Officer Grade - 2) is a very attractive designation in any bank, in your case HBL, JD of your offer letter will reveal the career path i.e (Operations, Credit).
3. Salary will be around 35,000+ it varies bank to bank.
4. Yes they'll train you, normally this goes up to 6 - 12 weeks.
There should be no agitation my friend, go for it.!
