Job Description:
The Primary responsibilities of an Agriculture Finance Officer include acquiring business for the bank as the front line contact with farmers for sale of Retail Agri financial products in various regions of Pakistan.
Core Responsibilities:
Achieve Business Budget
Keep the NPLs to Minimum/Acceptable level.
Explore new business opportunities.
Maintain good relationship with the customers.
Timely processing of the loan applications.
Helping customers in filling the loan applications and guiding them for the necessary documents required for the loan application to be sanctioned
Applicants, shortlisted according to the mentioned eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in an aptitude test followed by panel interviews. The selected candidates will then go through a structured training program with regards to the job requirements.
