Job Description:
The Primary responsibilities of a Retail Banking Officer include Sales and Marketing of bank’s products and services through relationship building and interaction with clients, mobilizing deposits, introducing New to Bank customers and contributing to the growth of Bank’s deposit portfolio. There is a defined career progression plan for Retail Banking Officers
Core Responsibilities:
Deposit mobilization
Business Development
Marketing and cross-selling of Retail/ Consumer products & services.
Providing Quality Customer Service
Networking with existing & potential clients
Selection Criteria:
Applicants, shortlisted according to the mentioned eligibility criteria, will be required to appear in an aptitude test followed by panel interviews. The selected candidates will then go through a structured training program which includes a combination of both Classroom and On-the-Job Training.

Kisi ko nahi pata k HBL ne test bhi conduct kiye hain RBOs k liye ya nahi....

Yes i applied again...but in 2012 i was called for rbo test..and this time they might have chamged the criteria...i think i m not getting shortlisted because i m over age or so...
