Candidates awaiting final results are also eligible to apply subject to the desired Percentage /GPA level. Age: Maximum 28 years as on December 31, 2012. Selection Procedure: The eligible candidates will undergo Initial screening followed by shortlisting of the candidates for Panel interviews. are you sure about this? because I have been told by someone that HMB has made the internal and external hiring for MTO in mid of march. The process is over now. |

Telephonic Interview
Just had a Telephonic Interview for the 2013 MTO Program Lahore. Think I have been shortlisted for the Panel Interview since the interviewer told me that he would forward my case for the Panel Interview. Lets see when they will call back for the Panel interview.

They called me in March or April to Know about my marks in various examinations. But that was screening stage. Now they have started interviewing and shortlisting candidates for Panel Interviews.

For Undergrads its Rs 30,000 for Masters Grads its Rs 35,000. Perks & Benefits: 3 million medical insurance, 3 bonuses per year, gratuity fund, provident fund, increment of around 4000 to 5000 every year.

Thanks.. I have got an email that you are selected and then a call from HR for confirmation that currently i am not working anywhere. They will call us most probably on 2nd July as they are busy in closing these days. This program is starting from 9 July and we will be posted in branches till Ramadan and then proper training will start after it. Btw i think i am the only candidate from Karachi because there was only me and right after my final interview with Mr Sirajuddin Aziz, Interview for Lahore candidates started on video.

I asked about the program details just before the panel interview from the HR representative. She told me about the starting date of the program and Ramadan schedule. I belongs to Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. And yup she told me that after an year there will be an assessment sort of thing in which only one candidate from the batch will be given the opportunity to work in the head office or maybe in his desired department.

Yes! i know its starting from 15th July. I got call from Arzoo (Recruitment Head) and then Farah Rizvi asking if i have MBA Degree with me yet or not. They said to submit documents at the bank. Today when i called Farah Rizvi where to submit documents, either at Davis Road Branch or mail to the Head office Karachi. She said wait till you will get the call to receive Appointment letter from the bank. When did you get the letter? have you submitted the documents? and when is the Last date to sign the bond, any idea? and could you please tell me the details mentioned in the Appointment letter like Salary Structure or any other main points? |
