How much is the job security for BDO?
Can one manage this job by travelling in public transport?I am asking this question as I don't drive bike?
What are the average salaries of BDO's who have around 3 to 4 year experience?

CSO ky All Pakistan mai selection hoyi hai 8 September ko & now they will join bank on 18 September. they called only top 3 candidates of the test.

How many candidates were there and these position are for twin cities or not because I got information from employee of KB that these positions are for south Punjab and sindh

yesterday i was called for the test of BDO and today i gave and also passed the test of it by obtaining 80%. i want to ask that what will be the next stage? are you currently working as BDO and in which city you are working? peshawar or islamabad?
have you signed any bond for it?if yes then bond is for how many years? if after getting and working during this job,suppose i get a better job somewhere else then could i easily quit? if not then what should be the penalty? and what is the expected salary of it? kindly help me regarding it as i have no idea regarding bond etc.

next stage will be interview at islamabad head office & you should now about micro finance, about khushhalii bank product & about mathematics too.
after interview you will get the call for joining INSHALLAH.

starting 2 months you will be as Sales intern which means that your on training & your pay will be 8000. after completion of your training bank will conduct simple test regarding bank products, polices & rules. the bank will offer upto 20,000. Yup bank will demand to sign the bond of 50,000 & duration will be just 1 year which is good for us because duration is not too long na.

would you tell me where was your test conducted?

candidates having MBA finance are eligible for Bdo post even after passing the test or not? after signing the bond of BDO, if one want to resigns then it means he has to pay the 50,000? is it?

dear recently i join khushali bank as a bdo. Khushali bank phely 45 days ke liay ap ko as intrn sale select krain ga. Phr test ho ga then permant bdo post ke offer kr dain ga. Kuch din wait krain ap ko interview call aa jay ge. Intervhew aik formality hai. Agr test ma 45% marks hain tu you r selcted.

Having some information about peshawar branch & 2 sister were there at test day. One of them got upto 80%.

hello falak ali: today my test in khusahli bank for the post of bdo. i got 50% marks in test but passing marks required 60% . they call me for interview or not. now a days i am in tense situation.

passing percentage is 45% so there are chances for you to get an interview call. usually call is received after 15 days. so hope for the best.

but dear in the instruction there is clearly mentioned passing percentage is 60%.
