20000 to 25000 . . Because freshers k liye starting package mostly yehe hota hai.. But mene expected me 25000 to 30000 fill kiya hai..

ztbl ka interview to mera pehla pehla interview tha, aik he interview k bad ghr beth jana to bewkoofi hai :) apply krte rehna chahye, aur me totally jobless hun and I really need a job...

I too got the call for Rawalpindi. I asked for salary they said, 27000 and its totally field work, 27000 includes fuel and all. I had already signed bond with bank alfalah as relationship executive, so i said No.

I don't know what type of interview they will conduct. Any one please guide me who knows about their interview.

Obviously, questions would not be technical, you should be extrovert and willing to do sales job, its like door to door sales. and there is a 1 year bond, product is small loans for middle class and lower middle class.

Guys the thing matter in KB is only your way of dealing with confident....package is 27000 .

you have to give loan to colleges,schools,hospitals,hotels,...150000 to 500000

Got selected as a loan officer today Alhamdolillah after 2 interviews and Test, second interview aaj hua and aaj se he joining de di, 3 months training period hai
20,000 salary plus commission,

new clients laane ka itna issue nahi hota jo area apko assign hota hai us area k sare existing clients apkay under aa jate hain and new accounts generate hote rehte hain waise in training senior loan officer k sath 3 month guzare hain uskay bad he koi area assign hota hai,

maine issue is of recovery, woh karni parti hai jo bank na aye after due date, baki har koi bank mai keh raha tha k fun job hai enjoy karoge so lets see kia hota hai :p

test was conducted online on site : classmaker.com jismai 50% secure karna lazmi tha

one of khushhali bank BM take my CV and said we consider u as a trainee so u will take 5 million at least deposit than NTS take ur test and interview then u will select.... is it true??? or KHUSHHALI bank mao job k bad commercial bank mai job mil jaye ge?
plz seniot guide me... mjhy jana chahya h ?

They also started commercial banking in some branches maybe thats why he asked you about the deposit, maine last month CV di thi branch mai and last friday unhone bula k interview or test conduct kia branch k ander he

and is friday second interview with regional manager who came from lahore and usne on spot he hire kar lia

mujhai targets wagera nahi diye, kissi existing Loan officer ka area mujhai de dena hai with his/her existing clients
