No at that time i have not experience letter and i recieved call from a mobile number. I also asked about apointments. She said we are completing the documentation after that we will dispatch letters.

Same as Silver doll mentioned, I received the call to submit experience letter and salary slip via email address. I forgot to ask about appointments. But, thanks to Silver Doll that she shared about it with us. I hope they will select us for batch 2016.
