i have received a letter comprising of sample test paper and test venue. Its going to be held on Sept 26.

No its not just for MBA/m.com. i have received letter but i have not got any managerial degree.

I have been shortlisted by MCB from Karachi for the post of TBO. I am an MBA student from Iqra University. I got this letter from IBP on last Saturday that I have this recruitment test this Sunday on 26th of Sep please pray for me
the thing that confuses me is that i still am a student and i have a feeling from previous posts that this training as well as the work would be quite challenging so will they consider a student like me ???
Second thing whats the nature of this job is it like Marketing, or totally office work will i be required to travel between cities ? Can any TBO help...?

Its totally office work from 9am to 5pm at least. Traveling depends upon your position of posting. Its difficult to continue your studies with banking job.

My Father was a retired banker. He has worked for MCB and mostly he worked in office till 8PM and some times more then this. Mostly in the ending months of banking year.
My Friend is also working in a bank and same situation he is facing. He is working with Allied Bank. Even he got calls on his mobile about ATM errors etc.

So my perception is that Bank job is not 9AM to 5PM it is non stop banking job.

Put your thoughts.
