Suppose the distance from X to Y is 60 miles than total distance will be 120 miles.
based on distance formula mentioned above Jack will cover the distance X to Y in 2 hours and 6 hours when coming back..so total distance will be 8(hours) for jack...now comes sandy ...he's a fast lad he is moving with 20m/h so he will complete 120 miles in 6(hours) making him the Winner!..KaChing...

when Sue is said to be 50th best than she holds the position 50th and there are 49 student that are also best. simultaneously she is 50 worst student that means she is 50th worst and there are 49 worst student with here.....
that means 1-49 are best and SUE is 50 then 51-99 are worst that makes total of 49 best + 49 worst + 1 sue = 99 students...

as per given data lisa caught most of the frog i.e 25 x 4/5 = 20
where as jen caught less frogs i.e 25 x 1/5 = 5 (for further detail go back to school)

ANSWER:
when boy is 4 his sister is 3(4) = 12
when boy is 12 i.e after 8 years boy is = 12 years old
then after 8 years his sister will be = 12 + 8 = 20 years old.
