u have not to pay it in advance, u have to pay when u want to leave MCB, before three years.....

Not in Advance .. but if you want to leave MCB befor duration of 3 years then you have to pay ..i dont know what will happen if you dont pay ..but it will be a written document so the claim will be legal .. any employee of MCB can give better idea what exactly it is ..

This is a legal matter,, MCB will sign from successful candidates on stampt paper that if candidate will leave MCB then He/She will have to pay bond otherwise candidate have to face court.
But don't waste time these all matters are after interview so get prepared for interview.
