The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers. TBO program is aimed to provide development opportunities to the potential fresh graduates and inculcate a culture of open communication and meritocracy.Brief Job Description
The primary responsibility is to manage core business/branch functions in line with the vision of of the bank regarding the provision of top of the line banking services to its valued clients . After comprehensive training they will be strategically placed across the bank in all areas of the banking ranging from branch banking to support offices where their skills will be utilized efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

1.Candidates who have completed their Masters Degree or Graduation(4 years)
2.Age should not exceed 27 years as of 31st March, 2011
3.Maximum one 2nd Division throughout the academic career

Total Positions: 300+ Pakistan
Note: Candidates who are awaiting their final academic result will not be entertained

u have not to pay it in advance, u have to pay when u want to leave MCB, before three years.....

Not in Advance .. but if you want to leave MCB befor duration of 3 years then you have to pay ..i dont know what will happen if you dont pay ..but it will be a written document so the claim will be legal .. any employee of MCB can give better idea what exactly it is ..

Believe me, the reward is not so great without the struggle.

This is a legal matter,, MCB will sign from successful candidates on stampt paper that if candidate will leave MCB then He/She will have to pay bond otherwise candidate have to face court.
But don't waste time these all matters are after interview so get prepared for interview.
