i talked to HR, they comply that Result will be announced in two to three consecutive days.
Stations and List has been finalized and they will issue letters soon.

I hope best for all the deserving candidate...SPECIALLY MYSELF
But lets face it everyone has so much hope with this opportunity that no matter what people will keep visiting this forum till result is announced...

They touched those candidates who are under consideration on the basis of their performance but:

1) Toppers - but no vacancy exists in the branches of their choice.

Or
2) Mediocres – Limited vacancies are available in their preferred branches which will be allocated to toppers. Hence they want to post mediocres in those branches where some positions are vacant. Telephone calls were made to convince those mediocres for odd locations. MCB doesn’t want to lose quality resource and at the same time it doesn’t want to leave any seat vacant. Calls served two purposes: a) Convince quality resource for posting in any other branch b) if the contacted candidates show disagreement on posting in other than their preferred branches then consider candidates next to them in merit order in order to avoid ratio of decline after offer order because recruitment is a lengthy, time consuming, cumbersome and costly process which cannot be afforded frequently.

Two categories were not contacted:
1) Toppers who will be posted in the branches of their choice
2) Low performers who will not be considered for selection except for those who will be inducted only if contacted candidates decline their offer through telephonic conversation.

i made a call to mcb Hr today.
They told me result has been cmpiled n only late is due to the sign of president.
It may b anounce tomorow, day aftr tomorow or in next wek. We cnt tel exact date.
