I've searched the all the past papers, MCB and Askari banks. Askari Bank has this section in their test for a while, MCB have squeezed this part in this time in their tests as well. Analytical reasoning is also included which wasn't part of it in the 41st and 42nd TBO tests.

Also, searched for 'Service Quality' in the Askari bank thread, the seniors there said that there is no particular book to study these guidelines, but you can help yourself out by reading a few things about TQM and gut feeling etc. So let's see.
