Job Description

MCB Bank has had a history of providing innovative banking solutions to customers through its operations. Keeping in view this business objective it is essential to attract and retain a pool of quality manpower. The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers. TBO program is aimed to provide development opportunities to the potential fresh graduates and inculcate a culture of open communication and meritocracy.

The primary responsibility is to manage core business/branch functions in line with the vision of the bank regarding the provision of top of the line banking services to its valued clients. After comprehensive training they will be strategically placed across the bank in all areas of the banking ranging from branch banking to support offices where their skills will be utilized efficiently.

Skills Required:

Eligibility criteria will be based on but not limited to below-mentioned areas/points:

* Masters or Four years Bachelors degree will be eligible to apply in the following disciplines.
o Banking & Finance
o Economics
o Accounting
o Statistics
o Business Administration (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
o Mathematics
o English
* Maximum one 2ndDivision throughout the academic career
* Age should not exceed 25 years as of December 31, 2012.
* Outsourced employees providing services to MCB are eligible to apply if they meet the other criteria; however their service period with MCB will be deducted from the actual age while calculating age for short listing purposes.

Note: Candidates who are awaiting their final academic result will not be entertained.

before joining you will have to sign assurity bond of 3 years that you will not leave bank otherwise you will have to pay selected amount( probably Rs.300,000) but you can leave or be terminated within 1st six months as it is the Probation Period.

you are so right age will be increased but currently you know very well 3.5 MBA batch will be done with their MBA after 2 years or 1.5 because its been 1 and half or 2 years MBA duration is increased from 2 to 3.5..
Currently we have 2 years MBA in market/4 years bachelors/1.5 year MBA after BBA hons...
In future surely they will amend their age policy...

i am MBA from Qau with 3.5 CGPA but not shotlisted and with the same grade my university fellow is shotlisted its means i have any problem with my rozee account setting? seniors please guide me regarding that issue,,thanks

Make another account in Rozee.pk with new user name etc and then try to apply. You will get it inshallah. Even if the problem persists,Convey your issue as early as possible to following numbers. You must be shortlisted. There is no reason to deny you. Try again.....

NTS, salary is 25000 and bond of 300k for 3 years.
