dear frieds this is officer grade 3 job..and basic salary is 25000...training period 6months at mcb staff college karachi....after training the TBO will be posted in diffrent positions...like in operations, credit officers, and in foreign trade officer as import and export officer,
recently in on MCB TBO-44 training which will complete on 25may...
mcb TBOs are equal to MTO.
with in 3years TBOs will become BRANCH MANAGERS.
so dear dont hesitate to apply because its not marketing related job...

True Brother, due to age many candidates are getting deprived of availing the opportunity. However, management of the MCB must look into the matter and take the action to give all candidates an equal opportunity and let the written test and Interview decide for the right candidate.

Dear bro i m currently working as TBO in MCB. Its not just like BDO. TBOs considered superior than other staff members. They are just like MTOs. But initially they ll be appointed at grade-lll. So no need of worry.

One thing that is very much concerning is, its banking industry, which is based on interest.

Secondly bankers have to spend most of their time in branch. They usually go to home just for sleep. :-) office timing starts at 80 am and usually close at 80PM nd some time late. :-(

Its all about banking. Decision is ur own.

when were you selected and what is the salary of this job? and also what if a person wants to work in IBB? as there are my people who don't want to ruin their eternal life..
