Job Description:
MCB Bank has a history of providing innovative banking solutions to customers through its operations. Keeping in view this business objective it is essential to attract and retain a pool of quality manpower. The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers. TBO program is aimed to provide development opportunities to the potential fresh graduates and inculcate a culture of open communication and meritocracy.

The primary responsibility is to manage core business/branch functions in line with the vision of the bank regarding the provision of top of the line banking services to its valued clients. After comprehensive training they will be strategically placed across the bank in all areas of the banking ranging from branch banking to support offices where their skills will be utilized efficiently.

Skills Required:
Eligibility criteria will be based on but not limited to below-mentioned areas/points:
Masters or Four years Bachelors degree will be eligible to apply in the following disciplines.
Banking & Finance,
Economics
Accounting
Statistics
Business Administration(Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
Mathematics
English
Not more than one 2nd division or below is acceptable in entire academic career.
Age should not exceed 25 years as of April 30, 2014
Outsourced employees providing services to MCB are eligible to apply if they meet the other criteria; however their service period with MCB will be deducted from the actual age while calculating age for short listing purposes.

what will be the test pattern ? any idea guys ?

test will be conducted by NTS.Test consist of Genral knowledge,arthmetic,IQ,ENGLISH.THERE WILL BE 100 QUESTIONS.

This is a Business Development officer type job. The basic salary is 16k plus commission that will be provided to you if you met your target. They will give you different targets which will be required to meet in a specified time. TBOs are placed in OG3 and they are promoted to OG2 in their second year and then to OG1 in their third year. There is also a bond for three years..
The test is conducted through NTS. The interview list will also be announced on NTS website..

Sorry to Say, You are wrong Bro. Its operation related job. My freind was selected as TBO about 3 years ago. now he is Branch manager
