Need Assistance Regarding BSO
 

AsslamU AlaikUm dear Members i Need to know that what kind of test is conducted for this post which sections? And what is the Passing criteria? And starting salary i have heard that it is 16K but i think it would be during probation period and after that it will be increased?
Please guide me about test and all other aspects so i can be prepare for this job in future thankYou So mUch :)

The test include mathematics mcqs English and half cut pictures.
Last month I joined meezan bank as bso with 2yr bond.
Salary on offer letter is 16 and after probation 19
I joined 3rd April and on 28 April received a letter of that
Your salary is increased to 21.5k

What was the Passing criteria and Half cut Pictures i didn't understand this?
It means before Probation Now Your SalarY is 21.5k and After Probation it will be around 25K InshAllah
