Poor management and test scheme of Meezan bank. I have never seen Invigilators like this. Some candidates have taken easily copy of Question paper and solved it by using internet on mobiles before appearing to orignal test

I appeard for test from pindi center and i have necer seen such a poor management before......infact ic ko management kehte he nahe hain...Meezan bank walo ko chaye k ayenda khud se koi test condcut na kere yeh in k bas ki baat nahe hai...behter hoga k IBP yah NTS se conduct kerae.......jinho ne pindi center se test dia hoga on ka hal mai samajh sakta hn hahaha

Well......Management was very poor!!!
but test was very easy for me
thanx to mehvi and sehrissh who told me abt the GK questions
English wasn`t that hard either and in maths, I did got almost 12 correct answers
and i even get a time to recheck all my answers

Aj boht khwar kia ic test ne and specialy Meezan bank walo ne,,,Pindi center mai to aisa lag raha tha jese koi test nahe ho raha balke langer chal raha hai hahaha

couple of things i will like to say

first of all Meezan Bank has conducted this type of test 4 the first time as far as i know... previous TO batch tests were conducted by IBP. this time they tried to save some "money" and did it themselves. so they do not experience of conducting such type of tests

secondly after taking the test you guyz might be satisfied that the "source" was right and i was not trying to make u fool

3rdly more than 1000 views of thread and just 2 persons thanked me... any way remember me in your prayers.. i hope that deserving guyz/galz get selection..

yes but i could not write my CNIC NO there bcz they took me documents before it..very very poor management in multan as all are saying

yar pindi centre mai tu ajeeb mahool tha.aise larke b the jin ka first batch mai paper acha nai howa name ghalat lekh k submit kia aur 2nd batach mai dobara bhet gaye.ab jo koi kehta ha mera test acha howa tu bhai sub ka acha howa ha.combine bhet k test day rahe the.

ab koi mujay ye bataye k meezan wale kis basis par selection karin gay.because if not all but most of the people will qualify the test.

We always blame the government for having poor management but today Meezan Bank gave us the best example that in-efficiency not only lies in our government sectors, but all those private sectors are no good as well.

This mundane task of conducting a written test was no big deal to manage, but the limit of in-efficiency has yet another example to prove.

Here is how i look at this scenario
Calling thousands of candidates from all corners of sindh to karachi in the IBP building, 9'o clock in the morning and then going for a 'lathi charge' on the students! what rubbish was that ?
letting in only 150 students for the written test in the morning and repeating the same test in the evening without cogitating on the factor that those 150 students could publish the questions on the internet

Due to a huge number of students, the test was not conducted at the same time for all students, therefore the question of merit was absolutely abolished, perhaps the word abolish wont serve the purpose here, totally razed the question of merit as most of the questions were published on the internet already before half of the candidates had even attempted the test.

I, absolutely and by all means spit on those responsible for managing this test, and if they have the least bit of shame left in them, i would request them never to manage anything again.

This test should be re-conducted, i see no purpose in giving the result of the test of whose questions were already published, before the test was even conducted for half of the candidates.
