The salary is 16k plus the commission which will be based on your targets. This is purely sales job in which you have to visit different clients for deposit generation and other cross selling.

Don't wait or expect any thing. Normally meezan hire BDOs at the recommendation of branch managers or Area sales managers etc. The branch manager can hire any one who can brought huge deposits and belongs to or have links with wealthy families and parties.

Dear OKAAB, every single word of yours is very true, but I must tell you that never lose hope and try try try koi harj nhe try me.. Because, I have been appointed by Meezan Bank Ltd as a BDO, and as per your word also got Recommended by Branch Manager, but I don't belong to wealthy family or have huge deposit.. I clearly told him I cannot arrange big initial commitment at the moment, but will try my best for minimal amount(2million) of initial commitment after I'm appointed.. Itna e to monthly target b he .. No reference as well.
Saw adv in Dawn applied by Rozee.pk & went through 3 tiers of interviews. Finally, got Offer Letter by Dec 06, 2016. So, never lose hope just try it.

You can have good net salary if you work hard. Meezan can be a good launching pad for you. I have served meezan for two years as PBO. Now iam Assistant director in SBP.
