Sir if you are not willing to join so why are you giving interview.? If you get selected and not join it means someone deserving and willing lost position because of you. Only appear in interview if you are 100% willing to join.

Mostly banks call more than half of people from written test to cope with this kind of situation its normal now they judge willingness in interview..
