I want to know from the seniors who are working in meezan bank, especially from people already performing as a BDO in meezan bank that how are they dealing with the targets?

I have an option to join MBL as BDO since there are no recent job openings so im thinking of starting as a BDO.

My question is that, branch mai bethe targets achieve ho jate hain? or nearly achieve ho jate hain?

meezan k bdo ko office ma zayada baithna he nhe daitay, 3 BDOs ko aik seat di hoti hai,

BDO/RBO-Sales is very tough job but if you have sales mind then go for it
otherwise dont join it

Sales have rapid growth in every department, be it banking, multinational or services industry. As far as banking is concerned, Sales representative have rapid growth opportunities as compared to operations staff provided you have guts of marketing and links with business community and have big social circle. You can reach to the seat of branch manager within 4 to 5 years if you do well in sales.
Now coming towards demerits. Sales is a highly risky job. You will be kept on probation for every three months. Meezan bank assigns monthly deposit target of about 4 millions. Besides, you will have to sell different other products of the bank as well.

I' am working as an MTO in a commercial bank. Before that I was offered BDO job in Meezan bank. I signed employment letter but didn't join it later. My advice to you is that think very very deeply before joining any field related to banking.

I am getting this job by a person who sits with Area Manager and his job is to deal with BDO's, he is responsible for the hiring as well as firing of the BDO department, so he told me to go for it,

4 million target ho jata hai once you are sitting in the branch and ager kabhi na bhi ho tou no issue will come to me.

So should I go for it or not?
