I think you are right, its HBFCL Jobs, because when we right click the advertisement and try to save it, by default it gives the name of HBFCL1.

By the way, is there any age relaxation?

First of all this job is in Hbfcl. Did any one know about the hiring package in Hbfcl as an Mto.

Did u know about the package of Mto in Hbfcl.

Online application closes on 11th May? Hard copy submission also closes on the same date?

Okay maybe its late but not a lost cause altogether. Bachelors not yet done with their Masters are not eligible, although by equivalency they are, IBP does not consider equivalency. I called on the given number and talked to the guy, he told me so.
