I have called HR andhe told me that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to finalize the selection process.

This job is contract based. A person during interview told that there is no chance at all of being permanent, however, contract will be renewed almost every time.

During interview preparation I had an interaction with NBP Branch Manager. He had revealed that the final result would be declared in last months of this year. It would take such a huge time because NBP has already great work load. So the committee will take interview and put to a side until the they are relieved from the burden of work.

i got permanent job as GBO og3 at BOK, so i think it woudnt be wise to leave the permanent job for the contractual job. whats ur comment ?
