Does anyone of you know about the calculation of bonus paid to contractual employees at NBP? I am not sure whether it is a good opportunity or not. Is there anyone out there who can help?

So after a long long wait from 15 july then 05 Aug then 10 August then 15 then Thursday. .... finally i am not selected... test was good .. interview was also good... but m hopeful that some better thing will happen instead of it.. Insha Allah. ..

Dear you are not alone..hundreds of candidate are not selected..those who are selected check their profile, they have selected those people who were operational manager, Mto of bank al habib, slandered chartered bank experience are selected..Ager NBP walon ko experience walai log chahia thai to hum se test kuen lia, then interveiw kuen lia aur itne mehnat, waqat kuen zian kyia..we should report to Federal Odubsman or Nab to inquire them hum sai Nts nai najane kitne rupee kamai hongai..aakir main we still on road..

True...May be not all of the selected candidates but majority of them had prior banking experience at minimum Operations Managerial level in different banks....I have experience but not in banking sector...even then they took a time in interviewing...and said at the end..."daikhtey han"....I don't know unho ne kya dkha...but I saw...I was not selected...!!! Stay Blessed !

Aur dosri baat i think wo log bhut bari galati karen gai jo already operation manager ya senior officers hain banks mein bcoz ye aik contractual job hai nbp nei apno policy 2 saal pehlai se badal di hai..ager join kyia ye log apni zindagi kai 2 saal pichai chalai aengai..salary kam no car minimal bonus ya phir yehe salary fix rhai gi and last but not least ye log bhut bhut mushkil sai og 1 ban payengai..i have seen people had join og 3 aur retirment se 1 saal pehlai og 2 bne and retired....bankers samajh rhai hai govt bank hai chill hoga..wo pehle thaa ab nei zahid is very clever man..wo agai 50 saal tak ki sochta hai......silent msg for national bank new hires..

Believe me mja zara b dukh ni hua job na hona ka.. just ye bat buri lagi k ghr walo ko pata tha test dia hua and they were hopeful k hojaye gi... jobs sb ko mil jayen gi IA.. but the thing is to hire that ppl who are already on good posts is something i cant understand... now next jo posts hbl,mcb, or any other private firm me vacant hongi wahan py reference base log appoint hongy.. phr woi log is experience ki base py ksi b govt organisation me edge la jayen gy... aor m-phill kiye hua log sochty reh jayen gy hmara sath kia hua ha...

And experience is what... system is blind here... if a person learn more than 18 years.. he organize parties,welfares,funfares,assignments, manage time, these all thing everyone learn from education.. and technically to spend a month in limited resources while you have to pay uni fee,hostel,mess,treats,other expenses and specially assignment and nts expenses .. if students are managing these things than i m sure and i bet they can manage all things which any firm needs.. and honestly speaking what is nts.. i think its name should be Non technical Service. . A person having PHD in islamyat is when evaluated in math English and analytical...

Same situation with me...and bhut acha interview hoa thaa..every time they say very good, very good, good knowledge...but turning point was " Aap is bank ko kaise faida dainge, hum ager aap ko hier karen to bank ko kia contribute karnegi." main us waqat samajh gyi kai ye log sales ki job offer karrhai hain..but post trainee officer OG 2 ki thi to main samjhi kai ye log new hiers ko operation mein rkhain gai..But now clear kai ye sales ki job hai..
Thanks God..ye job nei mile..Humein, kam-az-kam mujhai, Kisi Ganjai ko khanghi(COMB) baichna nei aati..

to those who are not selected, please don't be disappointed and don't underestimate your merit. This is not the best job. You all are equally good and you will get something better than this. Keep working hard and don't stop trying until you meet your goal. InshaAllah.
