No my dear non banking experience is also valid and acceptable..but it should be related to cash and its handling..

thanks yes I will stick to my current job, as I get lot of free time during duty time 9-4pm job timings easy and relax.
I was just thinking to quit because of good salary by the way before this job I had worked in alfalah as cashier for one and half year.

I think I should stick to this as I will get Age relaxation etc which can play role in future jobs

Yes it's contractual and renewable because from 2005 whole recruitment on still contract no any one permanent from 2005
