Default EQ Certificate
No one can use anyone else's certificate. These have candidates names on them and only they can use them. Hec issues these certificates after verifying original documents on site. you have fill e01 form available on hec website. Then take all of your certificates and degree from matric till the degree you are seeking EQ for. They will check them and verify them and you will get your certificate after 20 days by post. If you have someone inside you can get it in a few days.

Never submitt someone else's certificate by blurring/editing it. EC is an important document just like your other educational credentials and editing someone else certificate to fabricate one for yourself will dig you and the other person in trouble. It will simply mean that it is a bogus certificate. It is my brotherly suggestion to all of you to not submit an edited/altered certficate at all.

Dear we have to mention explicitly that it is not ours but one of our friend's.They will just see that HEC indeed is awarding equivalence certificate to B.E and B.Sc students.We don't show the certificate as if it were our's.So,this will rule out any misperception that we are trying to present forged certificate.The HR itself told me to send the certificate in this way.
