I guess we shouldn't be debating about the list being merit based or not, what we should be asking is what is going to be the next step now? When and how will the qualified candidates be contacted? And what will be the screening process? For TOs there were about 18k+ candidates out of which 1563 candidates have passed the test which is about 8%~9% turn out.

What I am concerned about the most is how long will it take for NBP to move towards the next step as they haven't communicated about it, which tells me that its gonna take awhile.

the person top on the list belongs to Rawalpindi and the 2nd person on merit belongs to quetta so it is sufficient to conclude that its on merit based for TO Candidates

in 2016 even candidates having no banking exp appear for cash officer interview and they asked them about clean note policy etc so what are the chances now in 2017?

Qualified Alhamdulillah ! T.O .what are the perks n privileges? Salary ? Coz already doing a grade 14 job in education dpt government of sindh with 40k salary .would it b wise to switch if selected. Seniors plz shed some light .
