Yes NOC must lagana chahye, ye ek valid proof hota Hai ky previous employer ko koi problem nhi Hai apky job chorne/ change sy otherwise negative impact jata Hai hiring people py.

Can someone tell that what is difference between GBOs and TOs ? I mean what are their job descriptions? Are TOs appointed only in regional head offices? Please tell if you have any knowledge about this.

GBO is OG-3 and T.O is OG-2.
OG-2 is greater in rank than OG-3 in NBP and other commercial banks, whereas in SBP OG-1 is the junior most officer and the rank increases as we go up.
Its not necessary that T.O must be appointed in RHQ's.
T.O has a head-start compared to GBO in a sense that they begin their careers directly from OG-2, whereas GBO's start from OG-3.
There may be other differences as well, but that's all i know.

there are 12 people from ajk for cash officer am at the top but without banking exp but i have non banking cash related exp of more then 3 year so can i get the job or they are just not going to interview me?

If no other candidate fulfill the required criteria, they might give you a chance. If there are enough candidates to fill the seats for AJK with as much cash banking experience as mentioned in advertisement, they will reject you no matter how high your test marks are or how high your interview scores are. In fact, selecting you over any other candidate whose interview went bad compared to yours but fulfills the requirements of jobs as advertised, would be a travesty of merit.

I got govt job after NBP test..in that case i have to produce NOC or not..

i know they need more then 12 in ajk for sure and why didnt they reject my application which clearly stated no banking exp some says its because of fee but in thay case my friend with 3 year banking exp didnt even got shortlisted for test ?

In terms of BPS TO (OG2) is equal toBPS 17.
Maximum ks position tk TO ki promotion hu skti??
Can anybody share hierarchy of NBP??

That's because no organisation has resources to carefully go through the applications of 18000+ candidates. So, roll no slips are issued on the basis of whether the fees has been paid or not. FPSC, NTS and PPSC all operate in similar manner and so does IBP.
