Would they ask general questions such as current affairs and pak affairs or would they ask more specific questions related to banking, economics, finance etc

These are helpful questions suggested by Sir Raz. Although, they are meant are SBP OG 1 and 2 interviews, they are enough for NBP interview as well. Just replace questions related to SBP with NBP.

which region had you selected while applying for MTO. i believe i would have secured 76 marks, but not in the list, as i had applied for islamabad region.

That's unbelievable if u got 76 and not shortlisted for interview. I'm expecting 74 and my name is there in the list.
I had applied for Mardan region.
even they can post u in another region if u r selected.
they select those candidates who r on top, no region wise selection.

how would i know how many candidates have been selected for a region? i had applied for Islamabad region( my biggest mistake. )

Search for islamabad region CNIC code...u will get to know how many r shortlisted from there...like I searched 16101 for mardan region and got to know how many r there frm our region.

I think the merit is not more than 60 marks. Since many have been shortlisted who were expecting less than 70.
