Khurram its the test of National Bank of Pakistan, Grade II recruitment for the post of Management Trainee Officer.....
Well i have my GD on 27th April. There is nothing to prepare for GD. the only need of GD is to check few things; Your knowledge regarding Banking/economy/finance and your point of view. Your arguments as to how constructive they are. Your aptitude of tackling the difficult topic which you don't know. Your confidence as how you will start, wave your hands, give gestures or postures and firm faith of your strong voice. How quick you are in responding to the runtime questions? Your thoughts about particular organization in which you are aspiring for job and its contribution. Your decision making skills, expressions and psychological moves. Finally on every step they will listen to your voice very closely to check the level of your English Speaking.. Regards

how many topics will be given to a single group?
how to clear this GD now??? what kind of potential they are aspiring with in a candidate??? how much time is allocated to group and individuals,also what is the composition of group,, kind of topics,,,examples,, how many topics will be given??? some one answer these queries please.
