when u will be called in hall they would ask all of you to introduce yourself then they would tell u the topic & give 2 mins for prepration then they would randomnly ask any of u to speak. after all of participants have spoken their would be pen discussion for 10 mins.

my advice is try to utilize the first part effectively give yor point of view in a clear and confident way make an impact without getting emotional or hiper.

in second part or in open discussion try to as positive as u could be and only speak if necessary.
don't try to be over smart

confidence and positive attitude is the key

Interview went good..Alhamdulillah..it was seem to be just a formality..they just asked 4-5 points in brief..those points include..
1. Name
2. Percentages from Matric to onwards
3. Distinctions/Achievments during academic career
4. Curretn job status
5. Preferred Place of Placement

they have asked following questions at interview.
why you want to join banking?
whats the role of central bank?
comment on HEC dIssoluton?
family history
and asked about GD performance

islamic banking vs commercial banking
riba is permissible?
Capital asset pricing model
hurdle rate
balance sheet questions
what you want to become after 5 years

Ambreen, you were at Rwp Centre for GD & Interview????

no sadaf i was in lahore centre, and these are the list of questions other than paper questions they are asking, so better to educate people:angle

@ ambreen there is huge difference between yours and our center interview.......... for the reasons i dont know........:?

thats good..i thought you might be at Rwp Centre..well, i guess,at Rwp Centre, they didn't ask anything extra except questions written on paper..

yeah! you are right...there is a lot of difference in questioning pattern..
