Medical Fitness certificate will be provided by a doctor on bank's approved panel. Process depends from doctor to doctor. Some dont even check and give the clearance certificate.. others may ask you to undergo all sorts of tests and give clearance based on the reports.

Guarantor's worth certificate has to be on the letter head of the bank in which he maintains his account, signed by bank manager.

Cash Security is non-refundable security which you will give in cash on the day of ure joining..

Hmmmmmmm Well how we know which doctor is on bank's Panel in my city Like Multan !!!

One more Question When all these document has to be filled ........ ??????
Filling duplicate of copy of Appointment Letter, in token of your acceptance of this offer ( till which date) ????????

Go to Regional Office Multan to now which hospitals are on their panel.

On orientation, our batch didn't bring anything.. but you should better confirm it from the numbers provided in your offer letter.

Reference letters from the teachers will be OK.

I mean whether it should be on blank paper with each reference on separate page?
Are following things required in reference??
Name of the person
his Designation
his Organization

kindly let me know, if any other thing is required not mentioned above...

Well Should i purchase Rs.200 /- stamp paper on name of guarantor or on myself for surety bond of RS 400000/- !!!!
Because they ask the purpose of purchasing stamp and they writing name of person on back of stamp paper who is purchasing it.............
