Is it required to sign your Appointment Letter (Duplicate) and send back to*Karachi*as token of acceptance of offer before orientation ??????

References should be on the letter head of the refree.. Each reference on separate page... The eording of refernce should be like this:

"It is to certify that Mr. ABC S/O XYZ resident of (full home address) is personally known to me since (number of years). He bears good moral character.

Name
Designation
Signature

@Zarak
Buy Guarantee paper in name of guarantor .. its wording would be like this on the back... "ABC S/O XYZ Guarantee bahaq National Bank of Pakistan"

But what if the refree doesnt hv letter head ?? can we take it on a plan paper with the same wording as you mentioned. I'll make sure to have his/her stamp along with the signature. Will it be Ok?

there are 2 BANK MEDICAL OFFICERs (BMOs) in RAWALPINDI ONE SIT IN CLINIC OF DR. ABDUL KHALIQ WHICH IS IN HATHI CHOCK AND OTHER I DON"T know
today in morning i went for medical there but P.A or receptionist told me that come after 4pm till 8 pm

Buy two stamp paper of 100 each for Personal Guarantee, and either print or photostate the matter on each of the page as menitoned in the proforma..
